Overview

When it comes to Wedding / Special Events there are different options to choose from to best suite your needs. You can have us do all the design work for you; design your own arrangements at our shop with a trained florist (also known as a D.I.Y. Service); or pick up the bulk product and create your own at home (DIY & Bulk information sheets are available upon request). If you choose to have Boulder Creek Flowers do your design work, you will need to decide if you wanted the event Serviced/Setup by our design team or ready for Pick Up by you.

Floral Design Team Service / Setup

Our Event Service is one of a kind. We send a team of professional designers approximately 2 hours prior to ceremony time. This team will then setup any garlands, sprays, aisle décor, scatter petals, set personal flowers in the correct rooms, place centerpieces, decorate cakes ect. We will even pin on corsages and boutonnieres if needed. We always bring a bucket of extra product in case there is any type of “floral emergency” (forgotten grandma, extra table). We will stay until setup is complete and we feel everything is under control. The cost of Event service depends on what the team will be doing, location, time of day and how many designers it will take to do the event. The average cost of this service is $300-$400.

Pick Up 

If you have the manpower and do not want to have our design team service your event you can choose to pick up the design work. There are several things to be aware of if you are planning to pick up your flowers. Our wedding consultant can help you determine if this is the best option. 

Some things to help you decide:

~ Time:  You need to allow a minimum of 30 minutes to correctly load your vehicle.

~ Type of Vehicle:  Most events take several boxes and will need to be enclosed (no open pickup trucks). Most SUV’s are ok unless there are tall Alter/Ceremony Designs (most of which are about 3 feet tall). Vehicle needs to be for picking up flowers only, do not have the same person try to pick up the cake, of beverages or other supplies and try to squeeze the flowers in.

~ Flowers have a tendency to shift and move during transportation, water may spill.

~ Whoever is picking up your flowers needs to make sure that when unloading the flowers extra care is given, they are very fragile and can be broken. Boulder Creek Flowers cannot be responsible for the condition of your flowers once they leave our shop.

~ Whoever is picking up your flowers needs to understand the look and style of your order, if there are any changes that need to be made, this needs to be done before the flowers leave the shop. Our Designers cannot go to a wedding site and fix bouquets.
